My last reply maybe too short.  Working on ad hoc mobility, I often ran into
the questions like "are you using TCP/IP"?
Isn't that TCP reliable?". The answer is, the reliability of TCp is based on
its own assumptions, and those assumptions sometimes broke in real life. And
not all people are aware of that.... Maybe another fallacy like "TCP is
reliable." :-)
I see it is under the category of "the network is reliable", so didn't bring
it up. Glad you guys brought it up. :-)
